                                                            1.法棍上均匀涂抹黄油  
                                                            2.将香蕉斜切片叠放在法棍上  
                                                            3.无需预热烤箱,155摄氏度烤6-8分钟




                                                               1.猪肉馅买回来用刀剁成带有粘性的肉糜
                                                               2.大虾去皮,挑去虾线
                                                               3.虾剁成茸
                                                               4.将其放在一起,放入盐、生抽、花雕酒、姜末、香油、胡椒粉、鸡精等,搅拌均匀
                                                               5.口蘑洗净,掰掉尾部
                                                               6.用勺子轻轻挖掉里面的部分肉
                                                               7.中间填上肉馅
                                                               8.抹平,用手轻轻在中间挖个小洞,放在蛋黄不居中
                                                               9.蘑菇底削平,防止滑倒。打入一个鹌鹑蛋
                                                              10.蒸锅烧水,将其放入,中火,蒸5-8分钟左右。(根据大小不同)
                                                              11.火腿丁、大虾放在锅内,倒入适量清水,熬制
                                                              12.至汤汁浓稠,发白色,加入调试好的水淀粉,加入盐、鸡精、香油,搅拌均匀,即成芡汁
                                                              13.将芡汁淋在蘑菇上面,即可




                                          1.在板栗底端切一刀,放沸水中稍煮后捞出,去壳;葱洗净切段,姜洗净切片  
                                          2. 将猪肉刮洗干净,切成小方块,放入锅内,加酱油、料酒、葱段、姜片,大火烧煮片刻,使肉上色
                                          3. 然后加水(以淹过肉面为宜),烧开后转用小火烧煮。肉块微酥时加入板栗  
                                          4. 肉、板栗都烧酥时再加入精盐、白糖,略煮即可






                                           1.糯米、花生和红豆事先用温水浸泡2个小时左右
                                           2.除红糖和外所有材料放入电压力锅中,加入适量的水熬成粥
                                           3.荸荠洗净除蒂部外,其他地方削去皮放入烧开的水中煮5分钟左右
                                           4.在熬好的糯米粥中加入适量的红糖,盛出,摆上焯烫好的荸荠,






                                                  1.鲜虾去头去壳留尾,挑去虾线。洗净后沥干,调入少许料酒、白胡椒粉和盐腌10分钟  
                                                  2.日本豆腐切成大约3.5cm的段儿  
                                                  3. 胡萝卜去皮切小丁,火腿切丁。胡萝卜和速冻豌豆在沸水中快速焯一下,然后捞出冲净,沥干水分。
                                                      西兰花入加有少许油盐的沸水中快速焯烫下后捞出,冲净,沥干水分  
                                                  4. 日本豆腐的中间用小刀小心地挖掉,但不要挖到底部,然后将虾仁按图上所示摆好  
                                                  5. 酿好虾仁的豆腐上蒸锅,上汽后蒸6、7分钟  
                                                  6. 锅中倒入少许橄榄油,将胡萝卜丁、豌豆、甜玉米粒和火腿快速炒一下,调入盐后盛出,倒在虾仁豆腐中间  
                                                  7. 将蒸豆腐时出的汤汁倒入锅中,如果太少的话就再填入少许清水。小火煮至微沸,倒入。




                                                 1.海带切成宽5cm,长15cm的片,加盐,入水中煮15分钟。芦笋和香菜焯水  
                                                 2.鸡蛋打散加少许盐,摊成两张直径不小于20cm的蛋皮,切成和海带差不多尺寸  
                                                 3.煮好的海带摊平,铺蛋皮,放一段芦笋,卷起,并用香菜绑好  
                                                 4.摆入盘中,佐以酱油同食





                                           1.锅内烧开水,放入斩件排骨氽烫至出血水,捞起洗净,沥净水备用  
                                           2.锅内放1大匙油,冰糖小火煮至深褐的糖色  
                                           3.加入排骨,炒至均匀上色  
                                           4.锅内注入清水400ml(水量刚没过排骨)加入所有调味料  
                                           5.大火煮开后,将排骨连汤汁转到深小锅内,加盖小火焖煮60分钟  
                                           6.煮至水剩约1/3时,将桂皮,姜片,香葱,八角捞出  
                                           7.继续煮至排骨可轻松用筷子插入的程度  
                                           8.转大火,将汤汁煮至浅浅锅底的位置即可




                                              1.马蹄削去皮
                                              2.切片切丝再切成细碎粒后装入碗中
                                              3.加入余下的A料
                                              4.用筷子顺一个方向拌匀,适当多搅拌几分钟
                                              5.用手抓起适量马蹄碎团成团,可以用左右手掌心抛甩十几下,排出里面的空气,尽量团圆团实点,
                                                 团好整齐码放在盘中。
                                              6.另取一个小盘装入B料面粉,将马蹄球周身沾一层面粉
                                              7.接着粘一层蛋液
                                              8.再裹一层面包糠
                                              9.锅入油烧四五成热,小火将马蹄球表面炸棕黄,吃时蘸些草莓酱




                                                   1.木瓜洗净去皮,对半切,挖掉种子
                                                   2.用“v”型刀取形,如果没有,可以用刀子切小沟沟,取形
                                                   3.马蹄洗净,去皮,切块
                                                   4.将马蹄、大枣、蓝莓放入格拉斯保鲜盒,加入适量清水
                                                   5.蒸锅放水烧开,将保鲜盒放入,蒸半小时
                                                   6.将保鲜盒取出,将马蹄和大枣等往中间聚集,将木瓜倒扣在上面
                                                   7.将冰糖放在木瓜上面
                                                   8.入蒸锅,继续蒸5分钟左右
                                                   9.关火,取出,稍晾,淋上桂花蜜,即可开吃




                                           1.四季豆去筋切段,锅中水烧开,倒入切好的四季豆,加盐焯一下水,2到3分钟捞起来。
                                           2.四季豆不太容易熟,最好焯一下水
                                           3.锅中底油,油热放葱段,辣椒爆香一下,倒入用盐和料酒腌制10分钟的肉丝,煸炒开至肉丝发白
                                           4.倒入焯过水的四季豆,加盐大火炒3分钟这样就可以起锅了


                                                                  
                                                      1. 米饭和火腿炒好  

                                                      2. 摊鸡蛋饼,在没凝结之前撒上豌豆,玉米,胡萝卜  
                                                      3. 小火,等鸡蛋凝固,不翻面
                                                      4. 放在饭上
